Neurodiversity Guide by Dawn Jacobs Martin, PhD

The Hannah Edwards Secrets of Riverway Neurodiversity Guide contains guiding questions that can facilitate conversations about neurodiversity through the lens of the book's main character. It can also help expand student understanding of societal barriers experienced by neurodiverse individuals and help explore ableist perspectives.

The Hannah Edwards Secrets of Riverway Neurodiversity Guide was developed by Dawn Jacobs Martin, PhD, an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of Special Education Teacher Preparation at the University of Maryland, College Park.
